ChengLi Group is the largest ISUZU special truck manufacturer in China. ChengLi Special Automobile Co., Ltd, established in 2004, is located in the ChengLi Automobile Industrial Park, Suizhou City, Hubei Province. It occupies more than 67 hectares and has 62 factory workshops and 3,000 employees.

In 2018 the plant recorded more than 30,000 special vehicles sold and USD 1.5 billion output value in 2018. It has the largest variety of products, the most complete production qualification, first-class production equipment and the most complete testing means in its industry, and produces more than 800 kinds of ISUZU special-purpose products.

Technical strength

The plant runs more than 2,000 sets of large-scale production equipment, more than 200 sets of testing equipment and 16 assembly lines, staffed by more than 2,000 professional and technical workers, 800 technicians and engineers. It can carry out physical and chemical tests, pressure tests and non-destructive tests for A2 and C2 pressure vessel projects, with heat treatment and flaw detection rooms.

Over 100 independent innovation products hold national patents, and the on-vehicle purification device and the gas lighting fire truck won a National Technology Progress Award. On the new energy side, pure electric sprinklers and pure electric sanitation trucks are in production, with natural gas and hybrid models under investment.

Sales scale

Sanitation product sales ranked first in China for four consecutive years, and sales of hazardous chemicals transport vehicles came top in the past years. Products sell in 87 countries and are exported to more than 30 countries.
