What happens after the vehicle lands

A special purpose truck is two machines in one: a road chassis and a working body. Support has to cover both, and it has to work at a distance of several thousand kilometres.

Warranty

The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year, and the core parts of some products are guaranteed for two years. The warranty on the working body is what matters most in practice, because the chassis is a mainstream ISUZU unit with dealer coverage in most markets.

Training and manuals

Professional technical training and truck manuals are provided before delivery. Overseas engineers make return visits on a regular basis. For fleets taking several units, operator training is usually done at handover so that the first month of use does not damage the body.

Parts

Hydraulic pumps, motors, vacuum pumps and refrigeration units are named in the specification tables rather than left generic. Brands appearing across the catalog include EATON, Rexroth, Sauer and Battioni Pagani. Naming them is deliberate: it means a local workshop can source a replacement without waiting for a shipment from China.

Quality control before it ships

The plant can run physical and chemical tests, pressure tests and non-destructive tests for A2 and C2 pressure vessel projects, and has heat treatment and flaw detection rooms. Every truck is tested before delivery.

Getting help

Support requests go through the same WhatsApp number as sales. Send the chassis number, a photo of the fault and a short video of the body operating, and the response will come from someone who can read the build file for that vehicle.
