What is your terms of shipping method?
Generally, we ship our truck by Ro-ro or Bulk Ship or Container.
What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos or videos of the trucks before you pay the balance.
What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to customer's requirements?
Yes, we can produce according to the customer's technical drawings and specifications.
Do you test all your trucks before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Are there after-sales service and technical training?
Our overseas engineers will return visits on a regular basis, and provide professional technical training and truck manuals before delivery.
How long is the truck warranty?
The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year, and the core parts of some products are guaranteed for two years.
