How a finished truck leaves Suizhou

The vehicles are built at the ChengLi Automobile Industrial Park in Suizhou, Hubei, and move by road to a Chinese main port. Which port, and which vessel type, depends on the height and width of the finished vehicle rather than on its weight.

Shipping modes

• Ro-Ro vessel for tall bodies that cannot be reduced below container height, such as compactors, cranes with high stowed booms, aerial platforms and mixers
• Bulk ship where a batch of vehicles moves together to the same discharge port
• Container, normally 40ft, for light chassis and low bodies, which is usually the cheapest route per unit
• Flat rack for out-of-gauge units when Ro-Ro does not serve the destination

Terms of delivery

EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF are all available. Most buyers take FOB or CIF. Freight is quoted separately from the truck price so that the vehicle comparison stays clean between suppliers.

Documents issued with the vehicle

Export paperwork normally issued with the shipment includes the Certificate of Origin, FORM E, FORM P and pre-shipment inspection documents, alongside the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Guidance on import documents is part of the service, but the import licence and any destination homologation remain the buyer's responsibility.

Before the balance is paid

Every truck gets a 100 percent test before delivery, and photos or video of the finished vehicle are sent before the balance falls due. That is the last checkpoint at which a configuration error can still be corrected without freight cost.

Payment

T/T 30 percent as deposit and 70 percent before delivery. Build time is normally 30 days from the advance payment, and the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.
